Important COVID-19 Client Information

 

Please read before booking your appointment

 

If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please postpone or cancel your appointment. 

If you are considered a high risk client, it may not be possible to see you at this time, but feel free to discuss this with me.  

If you are a first-time client, your initial consultation will take place via telephone or video-call.  Alternatively, consultation and consent forms can be sent to you prior to your appointment. These should be signed and brought with you, or emailed to me before your appointment.

Please bring your own pen if you need to complete the form at my studio, and water if needed. If you wish to wear a face mask, please bring one with you.

Only wear clothing which is easy to remove and avoid wearing jewellery.

Please text me upon arrival and I will collect you from the front door. You will be required to sterilise your hands upon entering. (I will provide hand sanitiser and washing facilities). Please enter the studio without touching anything.

The studio will have been thoroughly disinfected and any linen and face cradles replaced for each client. I will be wearing appropriate PPE during your session.

When leaving, please try not to touch anything and leave your mask on (if appropriate) until you exit the premises. It is also recommended that you register with the Track and Trace app to maintain our safety. 

Payment

Please make your payment prior to the appointment via Direct Transfer or PayPal.  Contactless payment will also be available.  I will give you the details when you ring to book.

Appointments will be spaced further apart than usual to enable disinfection of the practice space, therapy table, equipment and facilities.
