One to One Therapy & Exercise
The GYROTONIC® method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength. GYROTONIC® classes can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability from those recovering from injury or living with a disability to elite athletes.
Pilates re-educates your body to move correctly, targeting the deeper stabilising muscles to give an improved posture, a healthy back and a better shape. The exercises are slow and controlled, using correct breathing techniques and body alignment. The quality of movement is more important than the amount of repetitions.
Hayley qualified as a massage therapist at The Jing Institute which has an international reputation as a centre of excellence in training massage therapists in advanced techniques that reduce pain quickly and effectively and can benefit anyone suffering from back and neck pain, sports injuries, pain from pregnancy and stress related conditions.
