Hayley Oxley is a trained GYROTONIC® instructor and qualified massage therapist offering one-to-one instruction, exercise and massage in an equipped studio in the centre of Brighton. As a degree student in nutrition Hayley is able to offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Whether you are injured, starting exercise for the first time, a high level athlete, or looking for an holistic approach to exercise and nutrition, Hayley will provide a bespoke programme tailored to your needs.
Meet Hayley Oxley
Hayley is a qualified GYROTONIC® instructor and practices the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® method. She is a fully comprehensive Pilates instructor, having trained with Alan Herdman and completed the Polestar Comprehensive Pilates studio course. Hayley has also completed several training courses with the Basi foundation in California and is pre and postnatal Pilates certified. Her teaching is complemented by her training as a trained clinical massage therapist with JING school of massage in Brighton.
As a degree student in nutritional therapy with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, Hayley can offer a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
Hayley has a long term interest in female pelvic floor dysfunction, post pregnancy and menopause.
Her passion for sports, anatomy and body mechanics led her to study the MuTu TM system, as well as Restorative Exercise with biomechanist Katy Bowman. Hayley is also qualified as a Level 2 Gym Instructor and TRX Instructor.

GYROTONIC® Method
The GYROTONIC® method is an original and unique movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength. GYROTONIC® classes can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability from those recovering from injury or living with a disability to elite athletes.
Pelvic Health
Hayley has a long term interest in female pelvic floor dysfunction, post pregnancy and menopause. She was in the first wave of MuTu instructors having trained in Miami. For many years Hayley looked after pregnant and post pregnant clients at Brighton Pilates studio and now uses the Gyrotonic method to integrate pelvic health into whole body movement. Hayley can offer bespoke exercise classes to support women throughout and after pregnancy.
Restorative Massage
Hayley qualified as a massage therapist at The Jing Institute which has an international reputation as a centre of excellence in training massage therapists in advanced techniques that reduce pain quickly and effectively and can benefit anyone suffering from back and neck pain, sports injuries, pain from pregnancy and stress related conditions.
Meet Gabby Bignell
Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist

Gabby joins Hayley as a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist.
Gabby qualified as a sports & remedial massage therapist in 2010 from the London School of Sports Massage/Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage with a BTEC Level 5 diploma. She divides her time between her private work with the general public and those engaging in sporting and creative careers and activities. She also works as lead massage therapist with Full Circle Fund Therapies at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton where she works using massage to support people undergoing cancer treatment.
Gabby is an Oncology massage therapist and also practices holistic massage, Indian Head Massage and Myofascial Release.
Nutritional Therapy
Nutritional therapy is an evidence-informed whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Addressing potential underlying causes of ill health, rather than focusing on symptoms, it is used to promote health through nutrition and lifestyle support.
